Ultramax Frame Mounted Cascade

Frame mounted pre-assembled cascade configurations of this popular range of Ultramax WM gas fired condensing boilers. Available in modules of two or three boilers, the units can deliver outputs from 130kW up to a maximum 600kW.

Perfect for applications where walls are inaccessible or plant room is restricted, the frame mounted Ultramax WM cascade systems are designed to make installation and commissioning simple.  Mounted on a steel frame, and with castors to make positioning easy, the frame mounted boilers are slim enough to fit through a standard width door and light enough to be manoeuvred by two people.

Engineered with the installer in mind, the boilers can be flued horizontally or vertically and either individually or in cascade.  A pressurisation unit can easily be included as an optional extra module and which conveniently and easily attaches to the cascade frame. A pressurisation unit can easily be included, alongside the cascade kit and cascade kit controls.  Additionally, the units are supplied with self-levelling feet to make installation easier when the plant room floor is uneven or sloping.  The frame is fabricated from 50mm square steel box section and is painted with two coats of epoxy zinc phosphate primer and a top coat of grey polyurethane enamel.

The Ultramax WM Cascade System is a range of matched accessories to make the installation of multiple boilers simple.  Multi-boiler manifolds combined with prefabricated module flow and return pipe work connection sets not only reduce on-site installation time but they also simplify material ordering and culminate in a smart and optimally functional finalised modular boiler installation. 

The use of these purpose made frame mounted cascade components allow multiple boiler installations consisting of up to five of the well proven and popular Ultramax WM wall mounted gas fired condensing boilers to be made with ease. High seasonal efficiency, reliability and optimum output to load matching are inherent features of a modern cascade arrangement.

To compliment the multiple boiler manifolds, the unit is supplied with a compact vertical low loss header.
