Elco

Elco is a long established brand across Europe and is available in the UK exclusively through MHS Boilers. Elco manufactures boilers and renewable systems including heat pumps and solar hot water.

As a pioneer in solar heating, Elco has erected one of the world’s largest vacuum tube collector systems with around 7,500 square metres of collector surface area on the roofs of the Olympic Village in Beijing. This represents an absorber surface area of 4,300 square metres and 44,000 vacuum tubes.

Elco has its own sales and service organization globally including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and China.  Elco has over 2,000 employees in Europe and Asia and a turnover of around 240 million EUR per annum.  It is one of the three main brands of the Ariston Thermo Group.

The Ariston Thermo Group has 19 factories in 10 countries and wholly owned subsidiaries in 26 countries. Its sales network covers over 150 countries around the world.  The group employs more than 6,800 people. The Ariston Thermo Group prides itself on quality, research & development as well as having strong environmental credentials.
